My pieces are ornaments that can be seen as an integration with the human body. Inspired by the view of the liquid flow over different parts of the body, the organic shape of the pieces follow the muscle and bones.

 

Being worn in uncommon areas, such as shoulder blades, face, my pieces challenge the way that traditional jewelry is worn. The pieces are made of silicone, so they are as soft as skin and can perfectly follow the shape of the body. The color and pattern are inspired by, but not totally similar to the stones, such as opal, agate and marble, which are commonly used in traditional decorations. For me, the value of precious material lies in the beauty of it, but not the rarity or price. These pieces show my understanding of ornament for the body.
